It is with deep sadness that we announced the passing of ELIZABETH Ciardullo age 62 at Saint Peter’s Hospital Hamilton Ontario, August 26, 2025 after a courageous and brief battle with cancer.
Born on January 16, 1963 at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton. ELIZABETH was a beloved daughter of Maria Ciardullo a knee Perelli and a late Francesco Ciardullo. She was a loving mother of Johnny Fortino and Maria, Stoner and Matthew Stoner and a cherished sister to Theresa Palermo in Pasquale Palermo and Diana Monte Cristo, Sammy Monte Cristo. She will be deeply missed by her dear friends, Andrew Fortino, and Theresa Howell as well as many aunts uncle‘s nieces, nephew‘s cousin’s friends and all that got to be part of her life. Elizabeth lived a life of devoted to helping others before her illness. she proudly graduated from the PSW program, and found joy and purpose, and caring for those in need. She loved the simple things in life, especially the companionship, our beloved cats, Milo, and Zoe, thank you to the staff at Cierpinski Hospital and Saint peters for the kindness that you have provided to mom and our family during this last year we may not have got to spend the rest of our lives with her, but she got to spend the rest of her life with us until we meet again.
