A Path of Prayer and Remembrance
These 14 granite Stations of the Cross, located throughout Sections M and N, were created in honor of the 150th anniversary of Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, celebrated in 2025.
The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Via Crucis or “Way of the Cross,” invite visitors to prayerfully reflect on Jesus’ journey to Calvary and His ultimate sacrifice for humanity.
As you walk this sacred path, we invite you to pause, pray, and remember your loved ones. May these Stations be a place of comfort, reflection, and hope, reminding us of Christ’s promise of resurrection and eternal life.
All are welcome to follow this journey of faith and remembrance.
The first Station is located just outside the front entrance of the Holy Sepulchre Chapel. Proceed west to find the second station. Continue along the roadway. All the stations are located on the left hand. Follow the roadway loop for approximately 550 metres. The way of the cross ends near where it begins in front of the chapel.
